Examination of Yoga on Heart Rate Variability and Mindfulness Levels

The aim of the study is to examine effect yoga practices on heart rate variability and mindfulness levels. A total 52 women who did didn’t do (Mean age= 30.25±5.58) voluntarily participated in study. Heart was measured using HeartMath brand emWave Pro+. Using Emwave Pro device, resting measurements were taken for 5 minutes sitting position. For this study, SDNN, RMSSD, MeanHR, LF/HF, coherence parameters evaluated. Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) used determine levels participants. According findings, a statistically significant difference found favor group SDNN (p>.005), meanHR (p>.020), awareness (p>.041)”. There no RMSSD (P =.050), LF/HF <.232), Coherence <.718) parameters. As result, increase HRV. It also an application that helps improve their level.
